We spend one to two days understanding your data, systems, and the business question you need answered. Output: a feasibility report with expected accuracy ranges and a fixed-price quote.
Three to five weeks of model development using a sample of your data. You see interim results every Friday. If the prototype misses the agreed accuracy target, you pay nothing for this phase.
We containerise the model, build the API, connect it to your systems, and set up monitoring. Load testing happens before go-live. Typical duration: two to four weeks.
Twelve weeks of included warranty. We monitor model drift, retrain if needed, and hand over full documentation. Optional ongoing retainer available after that.
